Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA St. Gabriel Maumere kelas XI IPA berjumlah 57 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random samplling. Sampel penelitian masing-masing berjumlah 19 orang untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen berupa tes dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Ancova dan Mancova. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of process skills approach on students' science process skills. The research was a quasi experiment with non equivalent design pretest-posttest control group design. The study population was 57 students high school of St. Gabriel Maumere grade XI. Sampling was taken by cluster random samplling technique. The research sample was 19 students for the experimental class and 19 students for control class. Data will collected using tests and observation sheet. Analysis of data used Ancova and Mancova Test. The results show that the science process skills approach has effect in students science process skills.
