Abstract

Voting is the opportunity to contribute to the political process, and the system was created to work best when everyone participates. Therefore, using our right to vote is not just an addition to the voter turnout statistics published by every major media site. A democracy is a system of government in which the entirety of the population participates. The EVMs reduce the time in both casting a vote and declaring the results compared to the old paper ballot system. There were earlier claims regarding EVMs' tamparability and security which have not been proved. So, The Smart Voting system is highly user friendly: With the advancement in online systems now almost all individuals use ATM for banking so this SVM system will be easily understood by them. SVMs will contribute to a faster vote casting, effortless counting and delivery of the election results. The SVMs will use three way authentication, thus making system more secure and transparent.
