Abstract

Abstract Talent acquisition has evolved into a strategic function that goes beyond traditional recruitment, with Human Resource (HR) professionals playing a critical role in shaping organizational success. This article examines how HR drives the talent acquisition process by aligning hiring strategies with business goals, fostering employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. HR professionals are not only responsible for identifying and attracting top talent but also for leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovative sourcing techniques. Their role extends to workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and building talent pipelines for future needs. By collaborating with leadership teams and understanding market trends, HR ensures that the organization remains competitive in a dynamic employment landscape. The article also highlights challenges HR faces, such as talent shortages and shifting candidate expectations, and offers insights into how proactive HR strategies can overcome these hurdles. Ultimately, HR’s strategic involvement in talent acquisition significantly impacts employee retention, organizational culture, and long-term business growth.
