Abstract

Technological developments are beginning to affect all activities of life including the teaching and learning process. Schools are always expected to improve student learning outcomes. The teacher must therefore be creative in the presentation of the material in class and outside the class. Learning materials are the primary means of improving student learning outcomes. One of the interactive learning media is the Adobe Flash Cs6 application. The app is a solution for teachers to increase creativity and innovation in creating interactive learning materials. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes using Adobe Flash Cs6 at SMAN 14 Bombana. Measuring the effectiveness of improving student learning outcomes is done by analyzing experimental data on student test scores, including comparing scores before the use of interactive learning materials (pretest) and after using the interactive learning materials (post-test). The research sample was drawn from X-class Geography subjects at SMAN 14 Bombana consisting of 23 people. The pre-test results showed that 8 students (35%) completed and 15 students (65%) did not. While in the post-test, there were 20 students (87%) and 3 students (13%) did not complete. From this percentage, it can be concluded that the existence of interactive learning materials based on Adobe Flash Cs6 is able to improve student learning outcomes.
