Building infrastructure

Abstract

This article briefly synthesizes the range of building infrastructure ideas brought forward for thought and discussion during the 2003 conference. The author emphasizes the varied subject matter that was introduced. He compliments the strength and confidence shown by the presenters, their contribution to the lifelong learning principle in planning and their promotion of effective infrastructure planning.
