Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview system of value data processing using the Digital Report Application, a form of value data management through the Digital Report Application, and the constraints of the value data processing system using the Digital Report Application at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bone. This research is qualitative descriptive research using phenomenological approach. The informant determination technique used is purposive. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data display, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. Test the validity of the data in this study using source triangulation and techniques. The results of this study showed that the application of value data processing information system using Digital Report Application has been conducted since 2019 at MAN 2 Bone as a means of providing information related to student learning outcomes. Data processing consists of three forms, namely input, processing, and output. The form of filling in Digital Report Application value is more concise when compared to the previous report application used in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bone. In the application Digital Report required expertise in the field of technology. In addition to making it easier to input values, the Digital Report Application has its drawbacks because it has to connect with a dedicated server so that the work can’t be done at home.
