Abstract

This work is devoted to a theoretical study that addresses the influence of the parameters of original laser system on the dynamics of formation of polarized radiation in VCSEL with his institution of symmetrical triangular pulses. The model is based on a sequential process of enhancing radiation in the resonator, taking into account anisotropy of gain and loss. It is shown that all features of polarization hysteresis can be associated with ultimate speed formation characteristics of reinforced radiation with the rapid build-up and decline in current, rather than with the process of competition between two independent polarization modes.
