Abstract

Ani Mart is a traditional basic food stall in South Jakarta, facing significant challenges in operational management, such as inefficient transaction recording, difficulty monitoring stock, and a lack of financial transparency. This problem causes operational inefficiencies in stock management and financial transparency. This research aims to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency through a POS (Point of Sale) system based on Odoo, which is designed to record all sales activities during store operations, making it easier to prepare financial reports and daily bookkeeping more efficiently. The methodology includes identifying business processes and problems, manufacturing value chain model Porter, business process planning, system implementation, and system testing. Business process identification obtains detailed data on sales business processes and operational issues while manufacturing value chain model porter supports the operational development of Ani Mart. Business process planning produces structured workflows through swimlane diagrams and use cases for integrated solutions. The ERP system implementation stage is Odoo-based integrated, with automation supports and operational accuracy. The final stage is testing to validate system function through black-box testing, ensuring system reliability and mitigating implementation risks. The research results show that the implementation of the Odoo POS system increases efficiency in recording transactions, speeds up inventory management, and produces financial reports that are accurate and accessible online. This research emphasizes the importance of digitalization as a strategic solution for MSMEs in facing modern business competition, especially in the traditional retail sector.Ani Mart, warung sembako tradisional di Jakarta Selatan, menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan operasional, seperti pencatatan transaksi yang tidak efisien, kesulitan pemantauan stok, dan kurangnya transparansi keuangan. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan inefisiensi operasional pada manajemen stok dan transparansi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan transparansi keuangan melalui sistem POS (Point Of Sale) berbasis Odoo, yang dirancang untuk mencatat seluruh aktivitas penjualan selama operasional toko, sehingga mempermudah penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pembukuan harian secara lebih efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup identifikasi proses dan permasalahan bisnis, pembuatan value chain model porter, perencanaan proses bisnis, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem. Identifikasi proses bisnis mendapatkan data rinci proses bisnis penjualan dan masalah operasional, sedangkan pembuatan value chain model porter mendukung pengembangan operasional Ani Mart. Perencanaan proses bisnis menghasilkan alur kerja terstruktur melalui diagram swimlane dan use case  untuk solusi terintegrasi. Tahap implementasi sistem ERP berbasis Odoo terintegrasi, mendukung otomisasi, dan akurasi operasional. Tahap terakhir, pengujian untuk memvalidasi fungsi sistem melalui black-box testing, memastikan keandalan sistem dan mitigasi risiko implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem Odoo POS meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan transaksi, mempercepat pengelolaan inventaris, dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan dapat diakses secara real-time. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya digitalisasi sebagai solusi strategis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis modern, khususnya di sektor ritel tradisional.
