SISTEM INFORMASI ARSIP SURAT MENYURAT

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion of Payakumbuh City has an important part in public service information, namely the One Stop Integrated Service Center (PTSP) which collects all forms of information related to activities in letter information at the Ministry of Religion in Payakumbuh City. PTSP employees will collect and process incoming and outgoing mail data using conventional methods. Based on the existing problems, I built an information system that can help employees at the Ministry of Religion of Payakumbuh City. Based on the black box test results, this system is running well and as expected. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) that has been carried out by system users at the Ministry of Religion, the City of Payakumbuh said that the overall system is easy to understand and under what is expected.
