Abstract

Competitive fishing industry is a fishery industry that have a good priority to the growth of the fisheries economic sector with the consistency of raw materials. For this reason, it is important to design an industry scheme by taking into account the strength of the stock as raw material. This study aims to study the necesary of processing industry raw materials as well as the raw material projected for 2025 both the raw material growth and the growth of MSME processing industry and large industries. The results of the study show that there was a tendency for raw materials to increase with a growth in raw materials of 6.07% per year, growth of industrial raw material necesarry to grow 2.25 percent per year and MSME 0.57% per year. From the projection model until 2025, the raw material will be deficit until 5.9 million 2019 to 9.9 million tons in 2025. Inadequate raw materials can be covered from the aquaculture business. Conclusions of this study are lack of raw materials can be covered from aquaculture production, the need to develop processing industry with various fish species as raw materials, and necessary to prepare a cold storage to ensure the stock of raw materials for a long period.
