Abstract

In accordance with Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health, health services include all types of activities and/or series of actions provided to individuals or communities directly to maintain and improve public health. These activities can be in the form of promotion, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and/or palliative care. Health services are carried out through various facilities provided by the central government, local governments, and/or the community. Hospitals are one example of health service facilities. This study aims to understand the management of health services for outpatients at the Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuk Linggau City. The method applied in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The findings of this study indicate that the Outpatient Installation of the Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuk Linggau City still needs to pay attention to several aspects related to the comfort and needs of outpatients, such as improving facilities in the waiting room, improving toilet cleanliness, punctuality in service, performance of medical personnel including doctors and nurses, improving the friendly attitude of officers, and fair treatment of all patients.
