Abstract

要 約 恒常性内斜視症例が増加するとされる中、斜視発症のメカニズムを近見反応の適応・学習から考 察した。近見反応で重要な性質は、 (1)輻湊-調節間クロスリンクが存在するため、調節により輻 湊反応が、輻湊により調節反応が起きる、 (2)近見反応は極めて環境に適応学習しやすいというこ とである。近方視ばかりを長時間、繰り返し行う視環境となった変化に、近見システムそのものが 適応するのであろう。また遠方視が必要とされない視環境であるので、開散運動しないことが現在 の内斜視を発症させる 1 つのメカニズムと考えている。peri-personal space に対する近見反応の適 応とともに、遠見視・開散の不必要による遠見無視から現代の内斜視について考えてみた。 Abstract While the number of cases of acquired comitant esotropia is expected to increase, the mechanism of the development of this strabismus was considered from adaptation and learning of near response. The important properties of near response are: (1) because there is a cross-link between the convergence eye movement and accommodation. (2) The near response is very easy and quickly to adapt to the environment. The near response system will be adapted to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environment due to changes in the visual system that have become only at near viewing for a long time.
