Dwelling's price fluctuations and the business cycle

Abstract

The main aim of the paper is to identify the influence of business cycle in Poland on dwelling's price fluctuations on the secondary housing market in the years 1996- II q. 2009 in Poznań. The subject scope results from the aim of the paper and includes price fluctuations on the secondary housing market, involving both property rights and cooperative property rights for private accommodation. © CSR, 2008-2009.
