Abstract
This research aims to understand the roles and contributions of transgender people toward an inclusive society. A qualitative research design was adopted to understand the deep-rooted problems and issues faced by one of the most vulnerable communities of Pakistan. The data was collected from 8 different participants enrolled in a training institute. The semi-structured interviews were kept as a source of data collection for the existing research. The data was then analysed through a thematic analysis technique that highlighted the three broad themes: factors that create transgender, a burden on society, reasons that make them the most vulnerable part of the society, and ways through which strengths of transgender people can reciprocate towards their contribution to society. The results show that the transgender person, specif-ically in the context of Pakistan, looks forward to being employed in a good environment. This study recommends researching the weakest link in under-standing the roles and contributions of the transgender community for an in-clusive society.
