Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada SMK N 1 Sijunjung. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Guru SMK N 1Sijunjung. Hasil penelitian menemukan Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapatpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of competency, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMK N 1 Sijunjung. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are teachers at SMK N 1 Sijunjung. The research results found that there was a negative and insignificant influence between competence and job satisfaction at SMK N 1 Sijunjung. There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction. There is a negative and insignificant influence between organizational culture and job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between competency and employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence between organizational culture and employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between competency and employee performance through job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee performance through job satisfaction. There is a positive and insignificant influence between organizational culture and employee performance through job satisfaction.
