Abstract

A series of perovskite-type LaTiO2N materials with compositions a slightly deviated from the stoichiometrie metal composition was prepared. The cation nonstoichiometry in the oxynitrides affected not on the bandgap but on the reflectivity. It seemed that the more ratio of titanium to lanthanum resulted in lower reflectivity.
