Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 16 year boy with diabetes without ketosis or a family history of diabetes. It discusses the patient presented with gastrointestinal symptoms in the form of intermittent diarrhea. It mentions the development of the muscle pains and cramps without demonstrable weakness. It also mentions the trial of a vitamin E-levocarnitine combination provided to the patient.
