Abstract
As the processes in e-government are diversified and complex the need for an appropriate knowledge management strategy for governmental employees and citizens as well arises. In this paper an approach is introduced how to define and implement a process-based knowledge management tool which takes e-govemment processes and transform them into valuable knowledge measures.
