Abstract

Considering the non-coal mines’ serious safety problems and the defects in traditional assessment method, this paper develops an on-line assessment system using information technologies. It sets up a sensible assessment index system, and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate each index’s weight. Then by using distributed computing, heterogeneous data integration and other technologies, this paper develops an information system, which can accomplish the on-line assessment, statistics and analysis of non-coal mines’ safety production. Experiments show that, this system makes the assessment easier and more standard. It provides a good solution for the standardization construction of noncoal mines’ safety production.
