Legal Research Methodology and the Dream of Interdisciplinarity

Abstract

The article presents a speech by Irma J Kroeze, professor of the department of jurisprudence at School of Law, University of South Africa (UNISA), delivered at the First International multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary (MIT) conference held from August 13-15, 2012. It informs that Kroeze acknowledged financial support of the UNISA College of Law Research and Innovation Committee for the advancement of interdisciplinary research.
