Abstract

The tetrahedrally close-packed structure has been investigated by many-beam imaging with left bracket 110 right bracket axial illumination. Twinning, stacking faults and other defects have been revealed in terms of coordination polyhedrons. The P-phase structure is found at 44 at%Mo.
