Abstract
ABSTRAK Anatomi sebagai ilmu pre klinik dasar sangat penting bagi mahasiswa kedokteran. Pembelajaran anatomi dilakukan dengan media pembelajaran baik berupa cadaver, manekin, chart, maupun plastinasi. Plastinasi merupakan preparat kering, tidak berbau, relatif mudah digunakan, bebas formalin, ramah lingkungan, stabil dan tahan lama. (Nanang, 2018). Tingkat pemahaman adalah tingkat kemampuan dimana siswa diharapkan mampu memahami arti atau konsep, situasi, serta fakta yang diketahuinya. (Uliyandari, 2014) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi yang diberikan khususnya sistem musculoskeletal regio humerus setelah diberikan paparan materi video ajar dan plastinasi. Quasi eksperimental dengan pretest – postest control group design, menggunakan analisis uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney. Dari penelitian diperoleh, pemberian materi baik video ajar maupun plastinasi menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest (p < 0.05) di setiap kelompok, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara selisih nilai pretest dan posttest pada kelompok video ajar dengan kelompok plastinasi (p > 0.05). Beda rerata antar kelompok didapatkan hasil yang tidak signifikan antara kelompok video ajar dan kelompok plastinasi yang berarti bahwa pemberian materi menggunakan video ajar maupun plastinasi sama efektifnya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kadet mahasiswa. Learning anatomy is carried out with learning media in the form of cadavers, mannequins, charts, and plastination. Plastination is a dry, odorless, relatively easy to use, formalin-free, environmentally friendly, stable and durable preparation. (Nanang, 2018). The level of understanding is the level of ability at which students are expected to be able to understand the meaning or concepts, situations, and facts they know. (Uliyandari, 2014) This study aims to assess the level of students' understanding of the material provided, especially the musculoskeletal system of the humerus region after being given exposure to teaching video material and plastination. Quasi-experimental with pretest-postest control group design, using Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test analysis. From the study obtained, the provision of material both teaching videos and plastination showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest results (p < 0.05 ) in each group, but there was no significant difference between the difference in pretest and posttest scores in the teaching video group with the plastination group (p > 0.05). The average difference between groups obtained insignificant results between the teaching video group and the plastination group which means that the provision of material using teaching videos and plastination is equally effective in increasing the knowledge of student cadets.
