Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to perceive and understand the vitality of Knowledge Management Capabilities (KMC) assessment in organizations. It mentions the use of one of the best known methods in the assessment of KMC, the fuzzy method which assess seven attributes of KMC. It also notes the establishment of an assessment tool known as the rubric matrix which is applicable for the members of the organization
