Abstract

Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) is the support of facility management by information technology. However, conventional CAFM has problems, so that it is not enough to support strategic building operations and maintenance. In this study, we developed web system (Building Information Management System) as a groupware applied BIM which enable continuous using and information sharing for supporting building operations maintenance. We proposed that all persons concerned with the building could share building operations and maintenance information anytime in the use model of the system.
