Penyuluhan Perawatan Luka Kanker Pada Tenaga Kesehatan di Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kanker merupakan kumpulan sel abnormal yang terbentuk oleh sel-sel yang tumbuh secara terus menerus, tidak terkoordinasi dengan jaringan sekitarnya dan tidak berfungsi secara fisiologis. Kanker terjadi karena adanya sel yang bersifat mutagenik, pada sel somatik dan sel germinal. Hal tersebut terjadi karena beberapa faktor, baik faktor keturunan maupun faktor lingkungan. Sel mutagenik bersifat infiltratif (menginfiltrasi jaringan sekitarnya), serta destruktif (merusak jaringan sekitar), menyebabkan sel tersebut membelah secara tidak terkendali dan menyerang sel lainnya dan menyebabkan perubahan metabolisme yang pada akhirnya akan mengganggu fungsi-fungsi fisiologis tubuh. Jumlah penderita kanker payudara di Amerika Serikat dan beberapa negara maju lainnya menduduki peringkat pertama Data terbaru dari American Cancer Society telah menghitung bahwa di tahun 2013, terdapat 64.640 kasus kanker payudara. Sekitar 39.620 wanita meninggal dunia setiap tahunnya karena kanker payudara. Data Pathology Based Cancer Registry bekerja sama dengan Yayasan Kanker Indonesia, menunjukkan kanker payudara di Indonesia menduduki peringkat kedua dari semua jenis kanker yang sering diderita. Perawatan luka kanker sangat dibutuhkan perawatan luka kanker payudara mampu mengurangi jumlah dan jenis bakteri, menurunkan skor persepsi respon fisik, skor persepsi malodor oleh perawat, skor persepsi malodor oleh keluarga Kata kunci: Luka Kanker, Perawatan Luka  ABSTRACT Cancer is a collection of abnormal cells formed by cells that grow continuously, are not coordinated with the surrounding tissue, and do not function physiologically. Cancer occurs due to the presence of mutagenic cells, in somatic cells and germ cells. This occurs due to several factors, both hereditary and environmental factors. Mutagenic cells are infiltrative (infiltrate the surrounding tissue), as well as destructive (damage the surrounding tissue), causing the cells to divide uncontrollably and attack other cells and cause metabolic changes which will ultimately disrupt the body's physiological functions. The number of breast cancer sufferers in the United States and several other developed countries is ranked first. The latest data from the American Cancer Society has calculated that in 2013, there were 64,640 cases of breast cancer. Around 39,620 women die every year from breast cancer. Pathology Based Cancer Registry data in collaboration with the Indonesian Cancer Foundation, shows that breast cancer in Indonesia is ranked second among all types of cancer that are frequently suffered. Cancer wound care is really needed. Breast cancer wound care can reduce the number and type of bacteria, reduce the physical response perception score, malodor perception score by nurses, malodor perception score by the family.
