Abstract
This study aims to analyse the influence of innovation, loyalty, and leadership patterns on employee performance excellence, with work motivation as a mediating variable, among employees of PTPN I Regional 3 Kebun Batujamus Karanganyar. The background of this study is based on the importance of internal organisational factors in creating sustainable performance excellence. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method, through the distribution of questionnaires to 92 respondents selected using probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), supported by SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate that innovation, loyalty, and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on performance excellence. Additionally, work motivation was found to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between the three independent variables and employee performance. These findings emphasise that companies need to create an innovative work environment, foster loyalty, and implement motivational leadership to optimally enhance employee performance.
