Abstract

The article presents the results of some research processes related to the problem of gender and sexual violence at the National University in Colombia. It shows the importance of addressing violence in student couple relationships. Based on the fieldwork carried out at the University, as well as from two stories of male students who have exercised violence against their partners, the paper reflects on the challenges and limitations of institutional intervention. As a conclusion, it posits some core ideas related to the intervention towards men who exercise violence in this institution.
