Abstract

This work presents a mapping of scientific productions that have the theme of Developmental Discalculia. It aims to verify how these productions approach pedagogical and psychopedagogical interventions with people who might have this disorder. Theoretically, it is based on authors such as Kosc, Haase, Relvas and Ciasca. Methodologically, the mapping consisted in the search of academic productions in the sites of SciELO, Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel doctoral dissertation database and in Google Scholar. The mapping was done with the insertion of the following keywords: dyscalculia; interventions, which led to a delimitation of the theme. Once the productions were selected, the abstracts were read, and the ones that were in line with this study were selected. Four productions were selected: two Master’s thesis; a doctoral dissertation; an article. The comparative analysis between the four productions showed that, after performing a certain number of interventions, some of the participants presented significant improvement regarding lagging mathematical skills, and those in which the participants did not demonstrate difficulties were potentiated.
