Abstract

We present GIMSAN (GIbbsMarkov with Significance ANalysis): a novel tool for de novo motif finding. GIMSAN combines GibbsMarkov, our variant of the Gibbs Sampler, described here for the first time, with our recently introduced significance analysis. © The Author 2008.
