Abstract

Distribution customers of PT. Dinamika Lubsindo Utama, which does not yet have information, especially location information, has resulted in couriers who will deliver products often traveling long distances to get to the location of the customer who placed the order due to repeating the route they have previously taken. In this research, a geographic information system will be built that can provide information on the distribution customer locations of PT. Dinamika Lubsindo Utama has placed an order by carrying out calculations using the Haversine algorithm to get the distance from the system user's location to the customer's location. The system will display customers who have placed orders to the admin, complete with name, address, location point, and distance from the courier to the customer's location in order from closest to farthest, so that the courier can deliver customer orders more effectively.
