Abstract

Three patients have been described with hypopituitarism associated with intracranial aneurysms. The possible ways in which endocrine abnormalities may be caused by an aneurysm are discussed, and it is suggested that there may be some interference with the vascular supply to the hypothalamus. © 1961, British Medical Journal Publishing Group.
