Abstract

The dissolution rate increased with increases in temperature but was not affected by the difference in apparent porosity. The dissolution rate is controlled by the mass transport of CaO in burnt dolomite for low Fe//tO slag and MgO for other slags. The dolomite after the experimental was covered with (Fe, Mg) O solid solution in the case of high Fe//tO slag.
