Abstract

Argyrodes flavescens O. PICKARD-CAMBRIDGE, 1880 is newly recorded from Japan. The species closely resembles A. miniaceus (DOLESCHALL, 1857), but can be distinguished from the latter by the structure of female genitalia and the shape of embolus of male palp.
