This work examines AI's transformative role in art and design, emphasizing its function as a creative enhancer and innovation driver. Technologies like Cycle GAN and platforms such as DALL-E, Midjourney, and Leonardo.AI democratize artistic production, enabling broader access to advanced creative tools. While AI's involvement in generating original works pushes artistic boundaries, it also challenges traditional views on creativity, authorship, and ownership. To address these complexities, the study proposes ethical frameworks that prioritize transparency, fairness, and bias reduction. It underscores the importance of AI literacy in education to foster technical skills, creative thinking, and critical analysis of AI's societal impact.
