Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Bali dalam membangun Brand yang kuat, sehingga dapat menjalankan usahanya secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, diskusi, dan penugasan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan yaitu sebanyak 9 pelaku UMKM di Bali. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada peserta setelah pelatihan berlangsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tanggapan peserta terhadap materi kelas pendampingan ini secara keseluruhan 50% menyatakan sangat menarik dan 50% menyatakan menarik. Tanggapan terkait materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber bermanfaat untuk pengembangan usaha atau menambah wawasan yaitu menyatakan 33% sangat bermanfaat dan 67% menyatakan bermanfaat. Tanggapan peserta tentang cara penyampaian materi narasumber yaitu 33% menyatakan sangat jelas dan 67% menyatakan jelas. Tanggapan peserta mengenai interaksi narasumber dengan audience yaitu 33% menyatakan sangat baik dan 67% menyatakan baik.Abstract: The purpose of this training is to improve tke knowledge and skills of SMEs in Bali to build a strong brand, so they can run their business sustainably. The training methods used are lectures discussions, and assigments. Participant’s that joined training is 9 SMEs perpetrators in Bali. Evaluation is done by giving questionnaries to participant’s after the training. The result of evaluation showed that in general the participant’s responses to this accompaniment class material were 50% very interesting and 50% interesting. The responses is related to the presented material by source person is beneficial to business development or adding insight is 33% very beneficial and 67% is just beneficial. Participants' responses on how to deliver resource material were 33% stating it was very clear and 67% stated it was clear. Participants response to the source person interaction wit audience is 33% very well and 67% just good enough.
