Abstract

The article focuses on the observational studies revealing the high risk of bleeding when single platelet therapy is combined with oral coagulation. It discusses the risk of ischemic and bleeding event in patients with concomitant stable coronary artery disease (CAD) and atrial fibrillation (AF), and the use of aspirin.
