Abstract
A non-invasive detection method for the status analysis of cell cultureis presented based on digital holography technology. Lens less Fouriertransform digital holography (LFTDH) configuration is developed forliving cell imaging without prestaining. Complex amplitude informationis reconstructed by a single inverse fast Fourier transform, andthe phase aberration is corrected through the two-step phase subtractionmethod. The image segmentation is then applied to the automatic evaluationof continency. Finally, the cervical cancer cell TZMbl is employedfor experimental validation, and the results demonstrate that LFTDHimaging with the corresponding image post-processing can providean automatic and non-invasive approach for monitoring living cellculture.
