Abstract

This research aims to analyze the morphological processes and grammatical meaning in the novel Galaksi Kinanthi by Tasaro GK. It is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive methods and content analysis. The main reference theory is the Kridalaksana word formation theory. The data source is the novel Galaksi Kinanthi by Tasaro GK with 536 pages, 2nd edition published by PT. Bentang Pustaka in 2013. So, it uses written data. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis model using analysis tables as a research instrument. The results of this research show that in the novel Galaksi Kinanthi by Tasaro GK there is a morphological process of 738 data consisting of zero derivation, affixation, reduplication, composition, abbreviation, reverse derivation, metanalysis and mic morphophone. The most frequently found morphological form was affixation with 492 forms or 66.7%. Meanwhile, 36 grammatical meanings were found. The most frequently found grammatical meanings are meanings formed from affixations with the meaning "melakukan" which has 163 meanings or 22.1%.
