Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Transformational Leadership and Discipline Work To Performance In District Bantul Kindergarten Teacher. This study took place in the district of Bantul with a sample of 48 people. Methods of data collection using a scale of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline Scale and Scale Teacher Performance. Data were analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The analysis shows there is a positive influence between leadership and discipline transformasicmal working toward teacher performance of F 61.650 or significance of p <5% (0.000 <0.05). There is a positive influence between transformational leadership on performance with the t value 10.362 with p = 000 (p <0.05). There is a positive influence between work discipline on teacher performance t of 3.531 with p = 0.001 (p <.001).
