Abstract

This issue discusses: mutations in the tail domain of DYNC1H1 that cause dominant spinal muscular atrophy; early thalamic lesions in patients with sleep-potentiated epileptiform activity; rising incidence of multiple sclerosis in females associated with urbanization; IgA NMDA receptor antibodies that are markers of synaptic immunity in slow cognitive impairment; occupational solvent exposure and cognition; effects of family history of Alzheimer disease in predicting hippocampal atrophy in healthy middle-aged adults; and cognitive effects of one season of head impacts in a cohort of collegiate contact sport athletes.
