Abstract

Research and Development Agance (BPP) whose core business is kelitbangan need resources and other functional researchers aimed to meet the demands of research and development agancy. The lack of results research and development utilized by other components contained in the Ministry of home affaeir indicate poor organizational capacity to meet the demands of his role. In search of answers to the problems of increasing the capacity of research and development agancy used descriptive method. the need for knowledge, training, and empowerment in meeting the demands of the task of the organization.
