Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengoptimalisasian program sekolah sehat melalui sertifikasi halal, analisis dampak terhadap konsumsi makanan di kantin sekolah SMPN 1 Pasirjambu. Penelitian ini menggunakann teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Beberapa langkah yang dilakukan dalam analisis data antara lain: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Program Sekolah Sehat merupakan kebijakan pemerintah pusat untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan kesehatan siswa, di samping kebutuhan sekolah khususnya siswa di SMPN 1 Pasirjambu (2) rancangan program terbukti mampu menjawab kebutuhan program untuk mengatasi rendahnya tingkat kesehatan siswa, serta didukung oleh sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, biaya yang memadai, 3) Program Sekolah Sehat telah berjalan sesuai dengan program yang direncanakan namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala dimana sekolah memiliki keterbatasan dana dan sarana prasarana yang belum memadai seperti sertifikasi halal, dan (4) seluruh sasaran yang ingin dicapai dalam program yang direncanakan telah tercapai. tercapai sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMPN 1 Pasirjambu sehingga layak dilanjutkan pada periode berikutnya dengan beberapa perbaikan aspek. Abstract This research aims to optimize the healthy school program through halal certification, analyzing the impact on food consumption in the SMPN 1 Pasirjambu school canteen. This study uses data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Some of the steps taken in data analysis included : data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The research results show: (1) The Healthy School Program is a central government policy to improve the quality of education through improving student health, in addition to the needs of schools, especially students at SMPN 1 Pasirjambu (2) the program design is proven to be able to answer program needs to overcome the low level of student health, and supported by human resources, facilities and infrastructure, adequate costs, 3) The Healthy School Program has been running according to the planned program but in its implementation there are obstacles where schools have limited funds and inadequate infrastructure such as halal certification, and (4 ) all targets to be achieved in the planned program have been achieved. achieved so that it has an impact on improving the quality of education at SMPN 1 Pasirjambu so that it is suitable to be continued in the next period with several improvements in aspects.
