Analisis Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Aplikasi E-Kinerja dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of utilization of the E-Kinerja application and work ethic on the performance of employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 26 program. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, totaling 41 people. This research uses the census method, meaning that the entire population is used as the object of research, namely 41 people. The results of this study indicate that partially with the t test variable E-Kinerja and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of 49% is influenced by other variables such as additional employee income (TPP) factors, work motivation, mental attitude, and physical condition of employees.
