Abstract

A 9 yr old girl with pycnodysostosis is presented. Her growth was stunted and radiological examinations revealed severe hypoplasia of her facial bones with her fontanels and sutures remaining open. There was hypoplasia of distal clavicles and ungual tufts of the fingers and toes.
