The concept of change has been emerged with the emergence of the human beings on earth and has become a continuous process. The living on earth and their organizations that they found change continuously. Due to the fact that change is a phenomenon of life and socieyt, it is a basic element that the organizations need to adapt to the changes in their environments and society in order to continue their existance and activities. It will hard to adapt to the changes and to ensure the activities of their organizations for the administrators without knowing the dynamics of change. Because of this, efficient administrators should seize the dynamics of and process of change. In this study, it is focused on that how the dynamics of change, the inner and outer factors that affect the change, the strategies to cope with change and a successful method of change can come into life.
