Abstract

It's an Agile mania that is revolutionizing the software industry. The common meaning of Agile is to 'move quickly and easily'. Using Agile methodology work is done in an easy and convenient way and projects are delivered in a serialized process rather than delivering it at the completion. This paper studies various ceremonies that are being followed in Agile way of working and discussed various solutions for the hangover problems that are creeping up during every sprint. Also, Machine Learning algorithms, in specific Natural Language processing will be used to devise a product that will be used to assist the product owners and team to estimate the user stories for the hassle-free delivery of product to market thereby avoiding any hangovers.
