Abstract
We report a case of lipoid proteinosis. The patient was an 11-year-old girl, she presented with beaded papules on the upper eyelid, vacciniform scars on the face, and hoarseness. The histopathological examination of the skin specimen showed that amorphous hyaline material deposited on the capillaries of mid-dermis and appendage with PAS-positive.
