Pharmacokinetics of the nondepolarizing neuromuscular relaxants applied to calculation of bolus and infusion dosage regimens

Abstract

This review provides a rationale for the anesthesiologist to devise and use bolus and infusion regimens for the nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents. The regimens should allow prediction of adequate blockade for the average patient but will need adjustment for the special requirements of each individual.
