Abstract

TPI Palembang Class I Immigration, has a service which is often called a service (Lakso), namely an On The Spot Immigration service, where this service serves the creation of Indonesian citizen passports and residence permits for foreigners' immigration status which have problems when registering the application, because they still use the system manually. The aim of this research is to design an Information System for On The Spot Immigration services so that applicant registration is no longer manual. By using an object-oriented method by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools which are designed with Use Case Diagrams, Activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.
