Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the contractor and supervisory consultants on the success of long-segment contract-based national road maintenance projects in Jambi Province, Indonesia. Data collected from questionnaires to samples taken by purposive sampling, analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The results of this study conclude that the contractor's performance had a 52.4% impact on the maintenance of long segment-based national roads in Jambi Province, indicating that the contractor played an important role. Meanwhile, the supervisory consultant has less influence (30.3%). This disparity in influence is also supported by data on road performance indicators, which focus on activities in the field that must adhere to applicable standards. The overall impact of contractor and supervisory consultant performance is 56.5%.
